I understand that JTM's operation depends upon the careful control of deadly weapons by each participant; therefore, I understand that my instruction may be terminated at any time during the course if my conduct is not deemed satisfactory at the sole discretion of the staff.
I understand that I will abide meticulously by any and all safety procedures required by JTM.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • No-show applicants will be invoiced for 100% of the course tuition.
  • All cancellations within 14 days of course start date are are subject to full payment for tuition of said course. (Substitutions for cancelled slots will be allowed without penalty.)
  • For cancellations within 15-29 days of course start date, students will be invoiced for 100% of the course tuition. ½ of the students tuition will be credited towards a future course date. (To be used within 6 months of cancellation and only for listed applicant.)
  • Cancellations or Reschedules made on or before 30 days of course start date are without penalty.
