I understand that JTM's operation depends upon the careful control of deadly weapons by each participant; therefore, I understand that my instruction may be terminated at any time during the course if my conduct is not deemed satisfactory at the sole discretion of the staff.
I understand that I will abide meticulously by any and all safety procedures required by JTM.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • No Refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 14 days of course start date. (Substitutions for cancelled slots will be allowed without penalty.)
  • For Cancellations made within 15-29 days of course start date, student will be credited ½ of the tuition to be used for a future course date. (To be used within 6 months of cancellation and only for listed applicant.)
  • For Cancellations made on or before 30 days of course start date, students will receive a full refund of course tuition or tuition can be used to reschedule for a future course date.
